We invite you to come for conversation about what we believe. Our belief is born and nurtured from the living, thinking, and resources shared across generations. No website page could share with you all that and a bag of chips. But, here are just a few grounding and guiding principles for our life together:

*People with a Purpose: From scripture and our United Methodist Book of Discipline, 2012, we believe that our purpose as a church is for Jesus to “make disciples for the transformation of the world.” As students or interns of Jesus, we are learning to love the Lord our God with all our heart, all our soul, and with all our mind … and our neighbors as ourselves.” (Matthew 28:16-20, 22:34-40)

*God’s Life with People: United Methodist Book of Discipline, 2012, “United Methodists profess the historic Christian faith in God, incarnate in Jesus Christ for our salvation and ever at work in human history in the Holy Spirit” (paragraph 102).

*Living Our Beliefs: Living our beliefs is “grounded in scripture, informed by Chrisitan tradition, enlivened in experience, and tested by reason” (UMBOD).

Everything is Free and Open to All. Worship, Communion, Sunday School, Bible Study, Fellowship, United Methodist Women–you are welcome to take part in everything that is being offered. Come and see what God can help you believe.
